1. Our Core Privacy Commitment

Bryck Labs is built on a privacy-first architecture. All tool processing happens entirely in your browser. When you paste a JWT token, JSON object, SQL query, password, or any other data into any tool on this Platform:

• That data never leaves your device
• It is never transmitted to our servers
• It is never stored, logged, or analyzed by us
• No third party ever sees your input or output

This is not a policy choice — it is an architectural constraint. We have no server-side processing for tool operations.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

• The content you paste into any tool
• Decoded tokens, formatted code, generated passwords, or any tool output
• Any personally identifiable information from tool usage

2.2 Information We May Collect

Analytics (aggregate, non-personal): We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible.io or equivalent) that collect page URLs visited (no query parameters or tool inputs), referring website, browser type and operating system (aggregate), country-level location (not city or IP), and session duration and bounce rate. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sessions, and is GDPR-compliant by design.

Contact Form Submissions: If you voluntarily submit a contact form, bug report, or advertising inquiry through the Platform, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message). This is processed through Formspree and stored securely. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Browser Storage: We use localStorage in your browser to store your tool preferences, recently used tools, and favorited tools. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

3. Cookies

Bryck Labs does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless by design. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or session cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the Platform to function.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.

5. Data Retention

• Tool inputs/outputs: Never collected, zero retention
• Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months for correspondence purposes
• Analytics: Aggregate data retained indefinitely; contains no personal identifiers
• localStorage data: Stored in your browser until you clear it; not accessible to us

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law (IT Act 2000, IT (Amendment) Act 2008) and global best practices, you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you (contact form submissions only)
• Request deletion of your contact form submission
• Opt out of analytics by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser or using a content blocker

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through a contact form, contact us for immediate deletion.

8. Security

Given our architecture, the primary security model is: we cannot leak what we never have. For the limited data we do handle (contact form submissions), we rely on Formspree's security infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh — 244001, India.
