By accessing or using Bryck Labs ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Bryck Labs is a free, browser-based suite of developer utilities including but not limited to JWT decoders, JSON formatters, SQL optimizers, password generators, and financial calculators. All processing is performed entirely on the client side within your browser. No user data, input, or output is transmitted to or stored on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Free to Use — No Warranty

The Platform is provided free of charge. All tools are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The results produced by any tool are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
• The Platform will be available at any particular time

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for personal, professional, commercial, or educational purposes, subject to the following restrictions. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, or copy the Platform without permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to make excessive requests that degrade service for others
• Upload or process data that contains malware, exploits, or harmful code
• Misrepresent the output of any tool as certified or validated by Bryck Labs

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, content, trademarks, and branding on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Bryck Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Tool outputs generated by you remain your own property.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Links do not constitute endorsement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bryck Labs and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damage resulting from reliance on outputs produced by any tool
• Security incidents, data breaches, or unauthorized access to data processed locally in your browser

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bryck Labs, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh — 244001, India.

By using this Platform, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
